Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery information.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund.
